Do I need any experience to start?

Not at all. Most of our members started with no martial arts experience. Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to teach you everything from the ground up in a supportive, welcoming environment.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable athletic clothing like a T-shirt and shorts or leggings is perfect. If you're trying a gi class, we'll provide a loaner uniform if one is available.

Am I too old to start Jiu Jitsu?

Absolutely not. We have students of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're 18 or 58, our instructors will help you train at a pace that's right for you.

Is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu safe?
